Responsibilities
Canonical Data Model - Define and maintain the primary data model for Ripple Treasury: counterparties, instruments, accounts, users. This central source of truth serves as the basis for every solution pod's reference.
Identity, Authentication and RBAC - Lead the platform-wide identity and authorizing engine: user authentication, role-based access control, licensing enforcement, and enterprise client configuration.
Cross-Product User Unification - Own the highest-priority platform initiative of 2026: a single identity layer spanning multiple products. Define the architecture, drive the roadmap, and deliver the integration achievement.
Navigation Architecture and Home Experience - Define the product experience frame. This includes the L1, L2, and L3 navigation structure and the Home Portal that make Ripple Treasury feel like one platform.
Platform Experience Standards - Establish and maintain the standards all pods build to: API contracts, schema governance, authentication patterns, and platform integration protocols.

THE WORK:
This is the platform build that makes everything else possible. You will define the foundational architecture for one of the fastest-growing platforms in corporate treasury technology, backed by Ripple's global infrastructure and $100B+ in processed payment volume. Direct exposure to a CEO-level platform mandate and daily work alongside engineering, AI, and connectivity product teams serving Global 2000 corporations.
The Lead Product Manager, Platform Experience defines the foundational layer that determines how fast every product pod at Ripple Treasury can complete their work. This role operates at the intersection of identity engineering, data model architecture, and platform UX, reporting to the Managing Director, Platform, AI and Quantitative Strategy. It carries the most significant platform-level scope on the product team.
The mandate is direct: solve foundational problems once so no solution pod has to solve them again. In a platform built through acquisition and growing through ecosystem partnerships, the convergence of identity, data models, and user experience is the defining platform challenge of 2026.
