You will play a key role in delivering expert employee relations support across the organisation, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant people practices while strengthening manager capability and driving continuous improvement in ER outcomes. What you'll do as an Employee Relations Advisor: Manage complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and investigations Provide expert ER and employment law advice to managers and stakeholders Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment law and company policies Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures Work closely with line managers, HR Business Partners, and the wider People team to build capability in handling employee issues Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure a consistent and proactive approach Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies Use insight from casework to proactively address recurring issues and improve ways of working
