About the role
Job Summary As TFS Sales of West Area, in charge of the maintenance and development of Xinjiang markets, including key account management, marketing planning, increasing the market share of upstream, refinery, petrochemical, chemicals (including coal chemicals) ,AWO business. Take measures to expand the market share in accordance with the company's transformation and growth initiative, which focuses on shifting towards the after-sales market while taking into account the new-build markets and new-end markets. Develop and execute the sales plan for the assigned customers or industry, ensuring the achievement of the established sales targets. Take the lead in the sales process, from prospecting potential customers, conducting needs research, presenting solutions, to business negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection, and effectively manage and promote the entire sales process. Sales of Services(Installation/Maintenance/AWO), meet clients' requirement; collect maintenance information of clients; build up and develop customer relationship, enhance market share. Collect market information and propose positive maintain and development strategy in Xinjiang Area Market. Take measures to expand the market share in accordance with the company's transformation and growth initiative, which focuses on shifting towards the after-sales market while taking into account the new-build markets and new-end markets.
