Posting Type: Replacement. Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $118,000 - $154,000. Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Lead collaboration with Enterprise Information Management and Business Intelligence teams to define data requirements and improve data accuracy, integrity, and governance. Oversee data management and accessibility for Enterprise Analytics teams, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval. Own the Enterprise Analytics revenue data repository, ensuring accuracy of revenue reporting by merchant and product, with monthly reconciliation against financials. Align analytical resources and priorities to deliver on Enterprise Analytics objectives, including product P&Ls and strategic initiatives. Translate complex data into actionable insights, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the business. Define and maintain consistent business logic and data definitions for revenue models, segmentation, and reporting across stakeholders. Deliver regular reporting and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly), including performance reviews and executive summaries. Ensure documentation, testing, and validation of analytical models, processes, and reporting outputs. Your Moneris Career - What you bring Required skills and experience Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 5-7 years of experience working with relational databases and multiple data sources. 2-3 years of leadership experience. Experience applying quantitative methods to develop scalable analytics solutions. Advanced SQL expertise, including query optimization. Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, including data modeling and governance. Working knowledge of Snowflake, including performance and cost optimization. Proficient in translating complex data problems into scalable analytics solutions. Experience that would set you apart MBA or equivalent. Experience in the payments industry. Experience in systems and technology analysis. Programming experience (e.g., Python, R, or similar).
