Responsibilities

  • The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Own and optimize business systems that support intake, purchasing, invoicing, and related workflows

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with procurement operations, ERP, eProcurement, I2P/P2P, eCatalog, supplier enablement, contracts
  • Work a flexible schedule on occasion to accommodate meetings outside standard business hours as needed

Requirements

  • Experience with procurement or intake management platforms/solutions like Coupa and/or Levelpath
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and recommend practical business solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
  • Knowledge of and experience with SaaS software, including implementation and configuration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Business Systems Administrator (Coupa) to support and optimize the technologies that power our Intake-to-Pay (I2P) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes. In this role, you will serve as a key support partner for Levelpath, Coupa, supplier enablement, and day-to-day system operations. You will work cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues, improve system functionality, manage integrations, and help ensure our business systems run smoothly.
