Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers on open orders and projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, shipments, backorders, and issue resolution.
  • Enter and manage Juniper sales orders (Shopify and offline) after customer approval, including processing changes as needed.
  • Purchase custom items and ensure order details are accurate before release.
  • Schedule shipments for non-install projects and provide tracking information to customers.
  • Work with Project Managers on installation-related projects to process order updates or corrections.
  • Send invoices and monitor payments to ensure deposits are received prior to shipment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to schedule shipments and reduce preventable reschedules.
  • Follow up on punch list items and customer-reported issues until resolved.
  • Keep project information updated in company systems, so all departments have accurate, real-time visibility.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in regular check-ins with operations to review open orders and outstanding items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client experience or project management roles preferred
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge:
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms preferred
