Create and lead the team's automation and AI adoption strategy, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability aligned to enterprise goals
Own end-to-end delivery of technical, automation, and migration initiatives, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met
Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements
Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and communicate project status, risks, and decisions with clarity
Provide dotted-line advisory support to peer teams on technical platform and tooling requirements for analyst populations supporting customer operations
Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders to drive engagements efficiently
Facilitate structured project meetings and distribute timely notes with clear ownership and deadlines
Manage escalations with urgency, conduct root cause analysis and present findings and corrective actions to leadership
Define and enforce quality governance and performance metrics across all project deliverables
Drive post-project reviews and apply lessons learned to continuously improve team processes and delivery frameworks
Maintain comprehensive documentation including SOPs, automation repositories, and project trackers in SharePoint
Lead and manage team performance, providing clear direction, coaching supporting growth
Requirements
5+ years of experience in project management, automation, or technical operations, with a strong track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
3+ years of stakeholder management experience, customer facing is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Hands-on experience with automation and data platforms; proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, or equivalent tools required
Familiarity with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to evaluate and apply them in an operational context
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to interrogate large datasets and coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams and platforms
Strong drive to innovate and modernize legacy processes using emerging technology, including AI, to improve operational efficiency and user experience
Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment with global stakeholders
Travel industry, Travel Operations, or TMC experience is a plus
Ability to work in flexible business hours to cover different time zones, when needed
