Certified Hemodialysis Tech or LPN, Part-Time

Responsibilities

• 0.75FTE = 60 hours/every two weeks
• 12-hour shifts, M/W/F, holiday rotation
• Prepare the dialysis machine, collect and document patient treatment data, initiate and discontinue dialysis treatments, and provide excellent patient care.''

• What you need:
• LPN role: LPN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin or Certified Hemodialysis Tech role: High School diploma or equivalency, 6 months pt care experience and obtain Certified Hemodialysis tech certification within 18 months of hire
