Senior Lawyer - Public Sector Litigation - Advisory Risk & Regulation

About the role

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join our Advisory Risk & Regulation Practice as part of the Public Sector Litigation team. The role will have the sucessful candidate working closely with partners Cain Sibley and Caroline Bush . The role involves assisting with dispute resolution and litigation (including merits review and judicial review of government decisions), as well as the provision of advice on decision making and management of legal risks, statutory interpretation, regulatory matters, the conduct of compliance and enforcement activities, and in relation to information privacy and access to information. The team also works on a range of commercial litigation matters, royal commissions, inquiries, and inquests.
