YOUR MISSION Support the translation of design concepts into functional and manufacturable prototypes Collaborate with Designers and PLMs throughout the product creation process Prepare and maintain clear and accurate technical packages Coordinate sample requests, track timelines, and assist in prototype reviews Communicate with Sourcing and suppliers to support development Domestic and international travel required (approx. 20%). YOUR TALENT Degree in Footwear/Sports Technology, Engineering, Product Development or a related field First practical experience in footwear development Basic knowledge of footwear materials, constructions, and manufacturing processes Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced team environment Curiosity for innovation, sustainability, and performance-driven design Fluent in English; German and/or Mandarin is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally.
