Job Description The AVP, Rewards will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of UOB (Thai)'s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Job Responsibilities * Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and programs in line with UOB Group and local market practices. * Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure competitive pay structures and benefits offerings. * Participate in the annual salary review process, including data analysis, budget preparation, and communication to stakeholders. * Assist in the design and administration of various incentive plans, including short-term and long-term incentives. * Manage and administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans. * Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits. * Prepare compensation and benefits reports and analytics for management review and decision-making. * Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to provide expert advice and support on rewards-related matters. * Participate in rewards-related projects and initiatives as required. * Communicate effectively with employees regarding compensation and benefits policies and individual entitlements. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within the financial services industry. * Strong understanding of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and benefits administration. * Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits in Thailand. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) for data analysis and reporting. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is required.
