We are looking for a creative, talented Principal UX Product Designer who can coalesce large systems into an intuitive, usable whole as well as someone interested in raising the bar for craft and culture across our Design organization. If you are a hands-on problem solver who can work with multiple stakeholders, can turn limitations into opportunities, and can lead the team in setting a future vision then this may be the role for you. This opportunity is in Bentonville, Arkansas where we are expanding our design community in our new, state-of-the-art campus. You will sweep us off our feet if you have... Mastery of a wide spectrum of design disciplines. Strong craft and a dedication to efficient, high-quality execution. Great communicator, adept at translating complex flows into compact presentations. A strategic mindset and a systems thinking approach to making the complex, simple. A track record of shipping successful products that require working quickly while managing multiple stakeholders. Experience facilitating design sprints, workshops, or research sessions. Comfort with ambiguity. You embrace constraints and the unknown; you enjoy discovering and defining the problem space. You are authentic and can truly connect with people, you are good at communicating, listening, and sharing, with kindness, humility, and empathy. You will make an impact by: Designing best-in-class product experiences with a focus on craft. Partnering with business partners, UXR, product managers, and engineers to create insightful design solutions. Constantly balancing business goals with user needs. Rapid prototyping and experimenting in a fast-paced environment. Multitasking across different projects and adapting to changing priorities. Creating scalable experiences in partnership with our Design System team. Championing the Design Thinking philosophy throughout the business. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional partners. Staying up to date with the latest trends, in and out of retail.

Requirements

  • Degreein DigitalDesign,HCI,Information Architecture,or similar and7+ years of experience in product design.
  • A fantastic portfolio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
