POSITION OVERVIEW: Fenway Sports Group is building out its communications and content infrastructure, and this role is at the center of that effort. We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help stand up FSG's social presence, establishing accounts, building an audience, and publishing content consistently across platforms. This is an entry-level role with real ownership and impact. You will work closely with the editorial and communications leads to bring FSG's stories, perspectives, and portfolio to life online, reaching fans, business leaders, and the broader sports ecosystem with content that is thoughtful, and built for how people consume social media today. We are looking for someone who brings ideas, understands the platforms deeply, and is energized by the challenge of building an audience. T he base salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 based on relevant experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for annual incentive pay along with our comprehensive benefits package.
