Job Summary We are seeking a highly driven and energetic Merchant Acquisition Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding EPOS' merchant network by actively identifying, engaging, and acquiring new merchants across Singapore. This is a field-based hunting role that requires frequent physical visits to merchant locations. You will proactively approach business owners, understand their operational needs, introduce EPOS solutions, and drive new merchant sign-ups. The ideal candidate is confident in face-to-face sales, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prospect, identify, and acquire new merchants through active field sales and canvassing activities. Conduct regular physical visits to retail shops, F&B outlets, service providers, and other businesses to generate sales opportunities. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, networking, and market research. Understand merchants' business requirements and recommend suitable EPOS products and solutions. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective merchants. Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities effectively. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to onboarding and account activation. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and merchant onboarding. Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and activity reports within CRM systems. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and merchant needs to identify new business opportunities. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and acquisition targets. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or field sales. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply. Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and frequent face-to-face merchant visits. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
