Sharpen your expertise: After training, you'll spend time stepping into the Loan Consultant role so you fully understand how to best coach and elevate your team. Flexibility: Enjoy work-from-home/hybrid options if you're located in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Schedule & Training Shifts: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Training: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for the first 4 weeks, plus 30-60 days in the Loan Consultant role for hands-on learning (some in-office time required) Hours: 8-hour shift between 6am-8pm Arizona time
