Job Description Take complete ownership of a module - from gathering requirements, collaborating with design and engineering teams, driving execution, to launching and supporting the product. Work closely with senior product leaders to define and drive the roadmap for Sprinklr's AI platform , enabling enterprise-grade Generative and Agentic AI use cases across products while balancing reliability, governance, and scale. Partner with other Product Managers and platform teams to strengthen and evolve the AI platform , ensuring it is reusable, robust, and extensible across multiple product lines. Engage directly with global brands to understand their business needs and consult on configuring Sprinklr's platform to deliver maximum value. Analyze product usage data and platform telemetry to identify pain points, optimize performance, and continuously improve user and developer experience. Drive internal adoption of the AI platform across Sprinklr product teams by defining best practices, clear abstractions, and self-serve workflows. Drive customer adoption of AI capabilities by working cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams. Help shape short- and long-term platform decisions around AI governance, cost efficiency, latency, and compliance , ensuring the platform scales with customer and regulatory demands. WHAT MAKES YOU QUALIFIED? 5-7 years of experience in product management , preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or GenAI / Agentic AI platforms . Prior experience shipping Agentic AI or Generative AI-powered products to customers is desired. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into scalable, productized solutions. Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data. Experience collaborating across design, engineering, and customer success teams in a matrixed environment. Comfortable going deep technically , with the ability to collaborate on level terms with engineering and ML teams . Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders and presenting to leadership. A bias for action, ownership mindset, and passion for building world-class enterprise products. PMs who have transitioned from developer to product roles in the past are strongly recommended. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology , preferably in Computer Science .
