We are looking for the Merchants & Marketplace Director for Pluxee Spain! What you'll be doing: How will your next challenge look like? The Merchants & Marketplace Director is responsible for developing an effective Merchants & Marketplace go-to-market strategy to better leverage existing relationships with Pluxee merchants and benefits Partners. Being a critical part of the country leadership team, he / she ensures that the network is efficiently maintained and expanded, while new sources of growth are effectively delivered through merchants, insurance and other benefits partners. Executes the go-to-market strategy for merchants & benefits partners in line with country priorities & product roadmap. Establishes relationships and partnerships with the different benefit providers v Builds the merchant organization & coverage plan to foster sustainable and profitable commercial results through merchants, insurance and other benefits partners. Manages the Merchants & Marketplace organization - attracting, motivating & retaining key talents. Manages the insurance broker unit, including the team, processes and relationships with insurers. Ensures effective execution & communication of Pluxee value propositions to our partners while maximizing growth and revenue streams generation Performs an ongoing market study to be at the forefront of employee benefits trends and B2B2C solutions Defines, in collaboration with product team, the processes and integrations we need to follow from a product perspective to have smooth operations with providers and make it scalable to other type of benefits. Develops and manages a budget to meet business goals targets, tracking, monitoring and analyzing the result and performance of the department. Contributes to financial forecasting related to his/her area revenue streams v Actively participates in the definition of the global company strategy with the rest of the management team. Acts as point of contact for merchants' associations, manages relationships with them together with the CEO. Creates strong relationships with key merchant stakeholders at senior levels Builds methodologies to ensure an efficient network coverage with an optimal cost structure and executes a proactive affiliation strategy considering country strategic directions, identifying prioritized clusters of merchants while optimizing commercial conditions Defines the commercial KPI's and targets, co-designing the sales incentive plans with finance and HR Uses the appropriate metrics (leading and lagging KPIs related to the Sales Funnel) to review the performance of his/her team Ensures the correct adoption of processes, methods, tools and rituals for retaining key merchants.
