Creation and maintenance of observability dashboards to maintain SLA/SLI requirements.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
Solid hands-on experience working with public cloud platforms , particularly AWS , including infrastructure provisioning and cloud-native services.
Hands-on expertise with Kafka Streams for real-time data processing. Solid knowledge of stream processing concepts , Schema Registry, and Service Mesh.
Comfortable working with and integrating RESTful APIs , enabling automation, observability, and platform extensibility.
Solid experience with Java (17+) and Spring Boot .
Practical experience provisioning infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation , following infrastructure-as-code principles.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server configuration and administration , with the ability to support hybrid environments.
Experience building observability dashboards using tools like Splunk, Kabana , and Grafana .
Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python , with a strong focus on automation and operational efficiency.
Skilled in using configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Octopus Deploy to streamline and standardize infrastructure deployments.
Familiar with network storage technologies , such as NetApp and Amazon S3 , including setup, management, and optimization.
Experience with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex .

THE TEAM
You will be working as part of a cross functional platform team to deliver infrastructure and platform services for Ticketmaster's ticketing product(s) in our North American and international markets. Partnering with product and software engineering teams to ensure alignment on achieving business goals for the Availability Services product suite.
