Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday, Azure, DevOps or other HRIS/HRMS.
Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools.
Experience in system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Experience in testing system changes, including functional, regression and integration testing.
Knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of all HR policies and procedures within the organization and able to navigate and direct clients to appropriate resources.
Extensive knowledge of NAV CANADA's organization, structure and information
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft tooling (Excel, Microsoft forms, word)
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management

Job Summary
As a member of the HR Systems team, The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the effective administration, maintenance and optimization of our HRIS and other integrated Systems. This position works collaboratively with the HR Systems members to deliver a wide range of services required for day-to-day life-cycle management.
This role will lead all testing related duties within the HR Systems team ensuring the stability of the Workday Platform.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage the HR Pipeline. Ensures completeness, monthly and quarterly communications. Aligns the HR Pipeline with the Azure backlog pipeline.
Supports and assists Managers with gathering system requirements.
Lead the testing for lifecycle CR's and Workday bi-annuals.
Stays abreast on Workday support cases and workday community.
Responsible for developing and maintaining Job Aids, SOP's and other HR Supporting material.
Monitor Service Now requests assigned to HR Systems.
Provides front line support to the broader HR teams to deliver on HR related initiatives.
Responsible for monitoring the HR Integration error logs daily.
Runs and provides adhoc data pulls.
Responsible for updating and maintaining HR and Workday SharePoint online.
Actively engaged in continuous improvement within the team and Workday.
Maintains knowledge of all relevant changes affecting collective agreements which could impact processes managed within Workday.
Perform quarterly Workday security audit reviews.
Job Requirements
Education:
Graduation with a bachelor's degree or diploma from a recognized university or college with a specialization in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related area or:
A High School Diploma and equivalent HR experience (5+ years working in HR).
