Responsibilities

• Managing complex diaries across senior stakeholders
• Coordinating UK and international travel
• Managing and responding to emails with accuracy and pace
• Supporting the creation of Keynote and PowerPoint presentations

We're looking for a driven, detail-focused Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing function. This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role at the centre of our marketing function, supporting the delivery of activity across Sport, Premium and Luxury. You'll work directly with senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience and real insight into how we operate at pace across a global business. You'll stay ahead of priorities, anticipate challenges and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This role isn't about waiting to be told what to do - it's about taking ownership, staying proactive and constantly looking to improve.
