Geometric Processing Resource: Serve as a practical engineering resource for geometric processing, collaborating closely with machine learning teams to enhance asset quality pipelines. Cross-Functional Execution: Work across the avatar stack, collaborating with engineers, product owners, and artists to translate complex marketplace policy requirements into clean, scalable code updates. Optimize Existing Pipelines: Enhance sophisticated data and validation pipelines capable of handling large-scale 3D assets like meshes and textures with high runtime efficiency. You Have: Education: A BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or relevant work experience. Expert 3D Math Foundation: Exceptional spatial reasoning and a deep mastery of 3D math, specifically linear algebra tailored for game engines and 3D environments. Geometric Processing Expertise: Strong experience manipulating and analyzing 3D data, including meshes, vertices, and topology.
