Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Required Technical Expertise: Proven track record of delivering AI solutions integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems, preferably in HR or related domains, (e.g HRIS, CRM, ERP, case management).
Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems (e.g HCM, CRM, FIN ERP, LMS, case management, etc.).
Strong software engineering skills with Python, SQL, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and LLM platforms (IBM watsonx, OpenAI, etc.)
Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agent memory, and MCP (model context protocol).
Building RAG pipelines, vector stores, embedding workflows, and observability/debugging tools.
Proficiency building secure REST and SOAP APIs and other system integration experience (OAuth, authentication, integration patterns, etc.).
Develop and optimize LLM-powered skills, prompt templates, retrieval chains, and agent memory systems.
Familiarity with RPA, workflow automation, orchestration tools.
Understanding of NLP pipelines, embeddings, vector DBs.
Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and data engineering.
Model invocation and tokenbudget control, index creation, upserts, and query tuning
Preferred Qualifications: HR domain knowledge and experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and integration landscapes (Workday, ServiceNow, LMS, etc.).
