Current OSHA 10 certificate or be willing to obtain the certification shortly after hire
Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have a valid driver's license
Work Conditions:
Monday to Friday working from 7 am to 3pm, working 8 hours per day, overtime rates apply after 40 hours worked per week
Living out allowance
Overtime is available
Work in all weather conditions
Must be willing and able to travel

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our core crew as we grow our team. This role is responsible for constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases that support telecommunications structures.
The ideal candidate has experience in residential or commercial projects and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
The role includes travel every four weeks throughout Nevada and surrounding states, providing the opportunity to work in diverse locations and gain valuable experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters
Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications
Set and align wooden forms
Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming
Be willing to assist other team members as needed
Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements
