The role oversees complex client delivery, leads a specialist team across Operations and Client Servicing to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting that supports institutional investment decision‑making. Knowledge & Skills Lead end‑to‑end delivery of FOS Private Monitor services for Private Equity and other Private Markets assets. Serve as escalation point for complex operational, data, and client issues. Oversee volumes on approval queue and various Duco recs Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and control enhancements. Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the FOS Private Monitor team. Collaborate closely with Operations, Client Services and other stake holders. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in alternative assets and performance reporting CORE COMPETENCIES: Manage, coach, and develop a high‑performing FOS Private Monitor team. Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations through effective workload management and issue prioritization. Motivate and guide the team to adapt to process, system, and regulatory changes. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous learning.
