Drive profitable revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities across your customer base.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and act as their reliable commercial point of contact.
Collaborate with Service, Customer Care, Field Sales, and Product Specialists to convert installed-base activity into sales.
Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, and customer-specific offers using SAP, SFDC, and CRM tools.
Promote digital purchasing channels and standing order agreements.
Analyze customer buying patterns and installed-base data to prioritize growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity reporting in line with team standards.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and Spanish, along with a good working knowledge of English.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development - B2B or technical environments preferred.
Experience in aftermarket, consumables, services, or installed-base sales is a strong advantage.
Chemistry, science, or technical background is a plus - full product training will be provided.
Self-starter who can organize priorities and manage a defined territory independently.
Strong communicator with solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Results-oriented with a genuine customer service mindset.
