Requirements
- Education: Graduate in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/BE).
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in industrial lubrication, MRO products, bearings, or specialty chemicals sales.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Tribology, industrial machinery maintenance, and application technology.
- Key Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, strategic planning, CRM proficiency, and ability to manage key relationships up to the C-suite.
