Partner with EUC leadership and tower leads to define strategy, priorities, and technical direction across endpoint hardware, mobile/RF, print, and client virtualization.
Shape endpoint technology direction, including hardware OEMs, mobile/carrier strategy, and virtualization platforms (Citrix, Windows 365, AVD).
Collaborate with Security, Procurement, Applications, SMEs, and MSP partners to align plans and deliver integrated solutions.
Lead initiatives to modernize, optimize, and cost-manage endpoint services.
Coordinate with Endpoint Delivery to ensure hardware standards, configurations, and images transition smoothly into operations.
Act as incident leader for major events, driving response, communication, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, standards, documentation, and service metrics.
Maintain hands-on technical credibility through design input and troubleshooting.
Represent EUC delivery in governance forums, architecture discussions, and vendor engagements.
Own operational standards (hardware catalog, mobile device list, print standards) with stakeholders.
Lead the Bangalore-based team across hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and career development.
Mature Agile delivery practices, including prioritization and capacity management.
Build a high-performing, engaged team culture focused on retention and outcomes.
Champion measurable improvements in end-user experience, reliability, and business value.
Your Skills and Expertise
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in endpoint hardware, mobile/RF, print, HAM, virtualization, or related IT disciplines.
Hands-on expertise in at least one major endpoint domain.
2+ years of people leadership experience.
Experience with OEMs (HP, Dell, Apple, Lenovo) and global carrier/vendor management.
Experience with DaaS and alternative procurement models.
Experience with hardware lab testing, certification, and benchmarking.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team programs (PMP/Scrum a plus).
Experience partnering with senior leadership on strategy and technical direction.
Experience leading globally distributed teams and working across time zones.
Experience in MSP/FTE hybrid delivery models.
Track record of talent development, engagement, and retention.
Strong communication skills.
Customer-first / end-user experience mindset.
Experience in regulated environments (SOX, FDA, HIPAA).
