Analyze supply chain performance to identify planning risks, constraints, and opportunities, translating insights into applicable improvements
Lead and Contribute to supply chain planning and materials optimization projects
Guide projects by identifying improvement opportunities, defining performance metrics, and managing execution from initiation through closure
Deliver training to strengthen organizational understanding of planning concepts, data interpretation, and important performance drivers
Partner with global planning teams to refine and improve planning tools, parameters, and strategies
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations on supply chain risks, trade-offs, constraints, and opportunities to support informed decision-making

The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, materials management, or related roles within a global, matrixed organization
English 85%

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) with a focus in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or Strategy
Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP,, or similar)
Experience supporting global supply chain networks across APAC, EMEA, or the Americas
Exposure to advanced planning systems, ERP-based tools, or analytics platforms
Experience presenting supply chain risks, trade-offs, and opportunities to senior or executive leadership
Background in materials optimization, inventory strategy, or service risk mitigation projects
Experience optimizing planning tools, parameters, and strategies in partnership with planning teams
Experience leading or contributing to, multi-region programs
Tailor messaging for both executive and operational audiences
collaborate across departments, regions, and cultures in a matrixed environment
