About the role

Network Right is looking for an IT Support, Operations, or People/Office Management Intern to join our team and get hands-on experience at a high-growth company. This is a ground-floor opportunity to learn how a scaling business operates from the inside, working closely with founders and contributing to real initiatives from day one.

Responsibilities

  • IT and tools management: Software provisioning, device management, and internal tooling support
  • Business operations and strategy: Process improvement, special projects, and initiatives that help the company scale
  • Office and administrative management: Scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly
  • Ad hoc projects: Research, process building, or whatever the business needs most at any given moment

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in tech, startups, and the venture ecosystem
  • Someone who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A willingness to jump in on whatever is needed and figure things out on the fly
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field
  • Compensation : $20 per hour
  • Duration: 3-month internship with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role after 90 days
  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Location: Onsite required M-TH, either our San Francisco or New York City office
