Finance and Accounting Management
- Manage and monitor day-to-day Finance & Accounting activities (accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash management and internal financial reporting) in Finance & Accounting area assigned and ensure its effectiveness
- Monitor and control the cash flow activity for related area of responsibility
- In charge of strategic financial planning (e.g. taxation, financing) and internal control
- Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting
- Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Review and approve transactions and reconciliations
- Manage and reviews financial reports, ensuring that expenditure is according to approved contractual budgets
- Manage and monitor monthly and annual financial statements and liaise with external and internal auditors in relation to financial matters
Finance & Accounting Report Control
- Ensuring that payments are received from Bina Nusantara customers in a prompt and timely manner by collaborated with related Business Unit/ Division e.g. Marketing
- Managing and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of weekly AR and collection status reports
- Auditing methods and procedures of accounts receivable function to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Direct & monitor Management Accounting activities in Finance & Accounting area assigned
- Manage and monitor the provision of management accounting reports
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Optimize financial resources and see to the control of risk
- Manage financial security by establishing internal controls
- Collaborate with Treasury Department related to cash management (including placement/movement of funds in various trusts)
- Resolves complex accounting issues or act as advisor to other authority personnel in resolving financial issues
