You are a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on partnering with stakeholders and translating data into meaningful business insights. Ideally, you will bring:
Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
5+ years' experience in commercial finance, business partnering, management accounting or financial analysis, ideally within retail, FMCG, hospitality or another fast-paced environment
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting and performance analysis
Advanced Excel skills, with experience using Tableau, SQL, TM1/Planning Analytics or other data visualisation tools highly regarded
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and simplify complex financial information

We are looking for a Commercial Business Partner to join our high-performing Commercial Finance team and partner with key stakeholders to deliver financial insights, influence decisions and help drive profitable growth.

The Role You Could Play:
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing commercial finance support and actionable insights across sales, margin, costs and strategic initiatives.
You will:
Partner with stakeholders across your portfolio to provide commercial insights, recommendations and decision support
Deliver financial reporting, forecasting and performance analysis to identify risks, opportunities and key business drivers
Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling and business case development for strategic initiatives and investments
Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance
Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning and commercial finance processes
