Lead the development and ongoing refinement of an enterprise workforce strategy aligned to business, financial, and talent priorities.
Build and govern a multi-year workforce planning framework that includes headcount forecasting, skills demand, and capacity modeling across functions and regions.
Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to translate strategic plans into workforce plans, staffing scenarios, and hiring, movement, and reskilling strategies.
Establish a robust workforce analytics agenda, using data and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations on trends, risks, and opportunities.
Drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design, future-of-work considerations, and critical-skill planning in partnership with senior leadership.
Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team responsible for workforce strategy, planning, and analytics, ensuring clear priorities and deliverables.
Influence decision-making at the executive level through clear narratives, business cases, and recommendations grounded in data and financial impact.

Experience you'll need to have:
12+ years of experience in workforce strategy, workforce planning, HR strategy, management consulting, or a related discipline supporting complex, matrixed organizations.
5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including setting direction, coaching, and performance management.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or multi-business-unit workforce planning, including headcount forecasting, scenario modeling, and alignment with financial plans.
Proven experience using workforce analytics, financial data, and reporting tools to develop insights and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong skills in executive communication, including building presentations, framing recommendations, and facilitating discussions with senior leaders.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience working with enterprise HR technology and analytics platforms (for example, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Background in management consulting, strategy, or organizational design supporting C-suite-level initiatives.
Master's degree in business administration, human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
