Requirements
Customer focused, energetic, and self motivated individuals
Experience in customer service or call center environments
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Excellent computer skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience with Volie, CDK, and XTime is a plus
Individuals who can address customer concerns promptly and professionally
