Support communication efforts, training efforts, engaging senior leaders and organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

Here's what you need:
3 years of experience supporting Change Management activities with federal agencies
Bonus points if you have:
5 years of experience supporting Change Management activities with federal agencies
Experience in engaging stakeholders
Experience drafting monthly newsletters
Experience drafting training material
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to be flexible and adaptable and work in ambiguous situations
Forward-looking with a holistic approach
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance is required
The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$111,900 - $145,100 USD

Position Description
The Change Management Practitioner will play a key role in ensuring projects change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing communications and training material to support the change management strategy. While the Change Management Specialist does not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. May also provide direct support and coaching with supervisor to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
