Loss Prevention Officer (Security) - The Warehouse, Petone

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor
• Interact with customers and address their concerns
• Upload events onto our crime reporting platform.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Ideally, you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Additionally, experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure, would be beneficial.
