The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technician support within the Reagents work center and provide updates on ongoing builds. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to understand formulation processes, work with manufacturing processes and equipment, maintain detailed written documentation, and work effectively with others in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Provide Quality Notification support.
Support the review and updating of manufacturing procedures.
Drive continuous improvement activities.
Utilize problem-solving skills and maintain a working knowledge of tools related to the job function.
Incorporate databases, applications, technical knowledge, and individual experience to efficiently support batch record completion.
Help achieve department goals and objectives through collaboration and influence.
Support various projects and departmental initiatives.
Handle all types of materials, including hazardous materials and DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) controlled materials.
Occasional off-shift work may be required.
Required Qualifications
BS/BA in a related scientific discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
0-2 years of laboratory experience
Excellent laboratory technique
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have legible handwriting
Must pass a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) background check

The base pay range for this position is:
$79,800 - $109,725
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Schedule & Career Path
We invest in your success from day one. New team members complete a comprehensive 8 month training program on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), gaining hands-on experience with reagent manufacturing processes, equipment, documentation, and quality systems.
Upon successful completion of training, you will transition to a 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) and receive a 10% shift differential as part of your total compensation.
Applicants must be willing to commit to a long-term second-shift schedule following training.
