For further insights into OSDE, please visit our website at Oklahoma.gov/education POSITION OVERVIEW The Literacy Professional Learning and Compliance Specialist supports statewide literacy initiatives by coordinating registration, scheduling, communication, and participant assistance for professional learning opportunities; managing stipend and micro‑credential processes; and maintaining organized participation and completion records for reporting and compliance. The Specialist reviews Strong Readers submissions, oversees documentation for the first‑grade at‑home reading program, and manages data and reporting for HEROES Literacy Instructional Team initiatives. This role also monitors required field reports and provides logistical and administrative support to literacy field staff, including assistance with travel claims, rentals, and related operational needs.
