Lead and manage a team of Technical Project Managers, including performance reviews, coaching, and development planning
Deliver end-to-end client projects from proposal stage through to production sign-off
Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
Own SCRUM processes including sprint planning, retrospectives, KPI tracking, and team cadence
Create and manage detailed project plans using MS Project or equivalent tools
Manage project budgets, forecasts, finance tracking, and margin analysis
Maintain risk registers, action trackers, and change logs to ensure effective project governance
Produce regular client reports covering project progress, risks, and upcoming activities
Coordinate cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve delivery targets
Support RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs by developing technical proposals and delivery plans
Lead project meetings internally and externally, including occasional travel to client and factory locations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across TPM processes, reporting, and delivery standards
Support resource planning and provide project visibility to senior management
Key Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Engineering preferred, although Business Management or related disciplines will be considered
Minimum 8 years of project management experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
At least 2 years of experience in a formal team leadership or people management role
Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing, automation, robotics, and quality standards
Experience using Agile, SCRUM, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
Proven ability to create and manage detailed project plans and delivery schedules
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience conducting performance reviews, setting objectives, and mentoring technical professionals
Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, risk registers, and project reporting documentation
Fluent English language skills required
Mandarin language skills would be advantageous
Flexibility to travel internationally when required
