Position Details
Overseeing website development and operations for the Rakuten Insurance Group, as well as implementing fundamental organizational reforms and fostering talent development.
- Organizational Development: Redesigning business processes, improving productivity through the implementation of AI tools, and optimizing role allocation.
- Strategic Planning: Renewal and Developing content strategies based on data analysis, and formulating and executing UI/UX improvement initiatives.
- Governance: Establishing a quality control system for outsourced operations, ensuring strict compliance with laws and regulations, and enforcing brand guidelines.
- Leadership: Fostering a culture of "thinking independently, making proposals, and taking action," and developing the next generation of leaders.

Organization Department
- Structure: One department head overseeing two sections
- Staffing: 11 full-time employees (including 2 section chiefs) and external partners (such as temporary staff)

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Organizational management experience: Experience leading a team of 10 or more people (or multiple departments) and achieving organizational goals.
- Experience implementing organizational change: A proven track record of reorganizing organizational structures, leading operational efficiency projects, and successfully developing team members.
- In-depth knowledge of production and operations: Experience directing website production (ability to lead the entire process from wireframe creation to overseeing UI/UX design, understanding front-end technologies, and managing production schedules).
- Strategic communication: Experience logically proposing initiatives to business unit heads and executive-level management and building consensus.
- Business Drive: Experience driving the PDCA cycle-from setting KPIs based on quantitative and qualitative analysis to executing initiatives and verifying results.
