Stellvertretende/r Filialleiter/in (m/w/d) -Ingolstadt Kurzprofil Als Stellvertretende/r Filialleiter/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit unterstützt du die Leitung unseres Stores, sorgst für ein exzellentes Kundenerlebnis und entwickelst dein Team zu Bestleistungen. Du bringst Hands-on-Mentalität, Organisationstalent und Leidenschaft für Fashion-Retail mit. Das bewegst du Du verantwortest die Performance im Store und gewährleistest ein außergewöhnliches Kundenerlebnis. Du unterstützt den Store Manager in den täglichen Geschäfts- und Betriebsabläufen - effizient und strukturiert. Du führst, coachst und inspirierst dein Team, gehst als Vorbild voran und förderst kontinuierliche Weiterbildung. Du baust Kundenbeziehungen aus - durch kreatives Denken, aktives Kundenbuch-Management und einprägsame Erlebnisse. Du nutzt alle verfügbaren Omni-Channel-Tools und -Technologien, um die Verkaufszahlen zu steigern. Das bringst du mit Fundierte Verkaufs- und Führungserfahrung im Retail-Umfeld; du arbeitest ziel- und Kennzahlen-orientiert. Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung, Proaktivität und Flexibilität - auch in dynamischen Situationen. Unternehmerisches, kreatives Denken sowie starkes Interesse an Mode und Markttrends.
