Essential Functions: Create an Exceptional Customer Experience Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience Support Clinical & In Store Flow Assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support Optometrists Help ensure smooth transitions between exam, finish, and pickup moments Serve as a calm, knowledgeable presence throughout the customer journey Own Finish & Quality Excellence Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks Ensure all eyewear meets Eyeglass World standards for fit, function, and presentation Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished, brand aligned handoff Operate with Precision & Care Support order entry, tracking, and timely completion Maintain organized, clean, and efficient finish and retail areas Identify and resolve quality or service issues proactively Bring the Brand to Life Model Eyeglass World service standards, tone, and behaviors in every interaction Uphold visual, experiential, and operational brand standards in the store Partner with the store team to deliver a consistent and elevated experience All Positions Perform other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Work Experience 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required) Additional Skills Hold an active dispensing license as required by the state Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills (Required) Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively (Required) Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction (Required0 Support store team in shared goals (Required) Bilingual abilities (Preferred) At National Vision, we reward hard work with competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package to support you and your family now and in the future.
