Position Summary Blackbird Health is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pennsylvania. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults, and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 clinical hours + 3 non-clinical hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid Minimum 17 clinical hours 3 non-clinical hours Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential-a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest.
