Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
Perform litigation management and outside counsel management.
Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters
Requirements
7+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience in an in-house corporate environment
The ability to work remotely full time for corporate clients on a contract basis helping to resolve in-house litigation matters
Active bar license in the state in which you reside
Preferred Skills:
Experience with database management of litigation materials.
Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload.
Sophisticated legal writing skills, legal research experience, and the ability to deliver complex analysis.
