Responsibilities

  • Franchisee Outreach & Enrollment:
  • Call and email franchisees to promote participation in PrintComm's brand-approved direct mail programs

  • Develop knowledge of PrintComm's direct mail strategies, capabilities, and vertical markets

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information

We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and coachable Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who's eager to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact. The primary focus of this role is reaching out to franchisees within large national franchise systems to educate and enroll them in recurring direct mail programs-monthly, quarterly, or seasonal campaigns that are typically opt-in and franchisee-funded. These are turnkey marketing programs that have already been approved at the brand level and simply need local participation. In addition, this role will support outbound prospecting and appointment-setting efforts around trade shows and other initiatives designed to grow new client relationships.
