About the role
In this senior role, you will advise Nexperia on a wide range of national and international corporate law and corporate governance matters including M&A , while working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors " You will collaborate intensively with Nexperia's international Finance, Treasury and Tax departments and provide pragmatic, high quality legal support to strategic transactions. In addition, you will support the legal team in litigation and dispute matters of varying complexity, contributing your expertise where needed. As a trusted sparring partner, you will support executive management and local organizations worldwide, translating legal complexity into clear, actionable advice. The role is based at Nexperia's headquarters in Nijmegen , and you will report directly to the Deputy Chief Legal Officer . You will become part of Nexperia's Global Legal & IP team. The team consists of 20 professionals working at different locations who work closely together in an excellent atmosphere.
