Provision and maintain Sonus / Cataleya translations
Configure SIP/ISUP/ISDN trunk group provisioning
Perform ISUP TCIC data-fill and SS7 / STP route-set provisioning
Call flow routing
Troubleshooting customer/network issues
TDM/SIP grooms & customer Maintenance (includes off hours)
Execute end-to-end SIP interoperability testing with customers (including off-hours when required)
Support Toll-free and LNP services
Experience with HEPIC or similar call-capturing software preferred
Experience with Garfana or similar traffic provisioning/monitoring software
CLI Scripting experience preferred
Stir/Shaken provisioning & troubleshooting
Complete other duties as assigned by your supervisor or key stakeholders
Owns end-to-end translations and provisioning activities for customer and carrier services
Operates with moderate to high autonomy, escalating only highly complex or high-risk issues
Have a direct impact on service quality, customer experience, and network stability
Acts as a technical escalation point for translation-related topics
Collaborates cross-functionally with Network Engineering, Provisioning, and Customer Implementation teams
What makes you a strong fit
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in Translations)
Experience supporting or provisioning SIP trunk groups
Familiarity with interoperability challenges between carriers, SBCs, and enterprise platforms
Experience executing and validating end-to-end SIP call testing
Familiarity with configuration and data formats (SIP headers, SDP, JSON/XML etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills across
Ability to proactively identify risks in multi-carrier interoperability
Detail-oriented with a focus on first-time-right provisioning and testing Experience working cross-functionally with: Network Engineering, Provisioning teams, Customer implementation teams
Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to both: Engineers (deep-dive level) and Non-technical stakeholders (clear, actionable summaries)

What this role is all about
The Translations organization plays a key role in Infobip's service delivery and network operations. As a Translation Engineer , you are a subject-matter expert responsible for accurate provisioning, routing, and interoperability of customer and carrier services across Infobip's network.
Work activities may be assigned via OMS, email, Teams or directly from management and all employees are expected to use all company tools mentioned above and be active participants within these means of company communications. The translations group is responsible for reviewing orders and requests received, identifying potential errors or discrepancies, and updating information in OMS while performing the essential functions of the job.
