Construction Site Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
• Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Handle of technical and engineering problems
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule,
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safety and neat
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely
• Job Requirements
• Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec in any field
• At least 5 years of working experience in a related field in Timber or Precast Formwork
