Summary of the Role The Clinical Partnership Manager is responsible for transforming the organization's engagement with the medical community from a traditional vendor-customer relationship into long‑term, value‑based clinical partnerships. This role leads scientific exchange, clinical engagement, and medical strategy execution with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital executives, and medical societies. The objective is to drive clinical adoption, guideline inclusion, and sustainable market shaping while serving as a medical bridge between clinical credibility and commercial execution, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Key Functions / Responsibilities 1. Strategic KOL & Stakeholder Management Identify, map, and develop relationships with National and Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Transition KOLs from users to clinical advocates, speakers, and strategic partners. Partner with leading hospitals to establish Centers of Excellence and structured training platforms. Lead scientific engagement with medical societies and professional associations, including contribution to guideline discussions. 2. Scientific Exchange & Market Shaping Drive non‑promotional scientific exchange with clinicians and healthcare institutions. Support disease‑state education and therapy awareness ahead of new product launches. Provide high‑level clinical input and consultancy for complex cases requiring advanced scientific expertise. Position the organization as a long‑term clinical and scientific partner rather than a product supplier. 3. Evidence Generation & Medical Strategy Support investigator‑initiated studies (IIS), registries, and real‑world evidence initiatives. Identify gaps in local clinical evidence and drive data‑generation strategies. Support scientific publications, white papers, and medical communications. 4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Governance Act as the medical bridge between Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, and Leadership teams. Review medical and scientific content to ensure clinical accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards. Support internal capability building through medical training and knowledge transfer. Education & Experience Medical Doctor (MD), Pharmacist, PhD, or equivalent life‑science qualification preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Partnerships, or Scientific Engagement roles. Experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industry strongly preferred. Strong clinical and scientific knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas. Ability to translate clinical evidence into strategic medical narratives. Proven experience in KOL management and scientific engagement. Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and ethical requirements in Medical Affairs. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally while maintaining medical independence.
