Work as part of global and local Pricing and multi-disciplinary teams, which may include Software Engineers, Enterprise Technology Engineers, Designers, SecOps, and Product owners to deliver value Work with vendors and partners to integrate into the local markets and legal environments Focus on operational integrity, assuring operational compliance with architectural and security standards, as well as compliance and policy controls refined by Strategy, Digital (cyber) security or other relevant Regulatory, Legal and Compliance functions. Collaborate extensively with technology teams to resolve complex incidents, requests and problems. Act as a technical advisor to major digital projects. Build awareness of internal and external technology developments, managing the delivery of process and system improvements, identifying and implementing continuous improvement plans for Service Engineering and ensuring best practice is shared across the team. What you will need to be successful Exposure to SAP ERP platform and integration platforms. Technical hands-on experience required Exposure to collaboration with global corporate platforms Exposure to modern B2B integration platforms such as MuleSoft, IBM Connect-Direct and SaaS EDI solutions (both modern and legacy). Experience with AI development and coding platforms such as Claude Code and Open Claw. Working within a defined Agile Kanban and/or Scrum frameworks and environment Application Support: Identifies and resolves issues with applications, following agreed procedures. Uses application management software and tool to collect agreed performance statistics. Oversees agreed application maintenance tasks e.g. security patching, certificate renewal. Service Acceptance: Engages with delivery teams to confirm that products developed meet the service acceptance criteria and are to the required standard. Feeds into change management process. Stakeholder Management: Experience with expertise in facilitating discussions and presenting to decision-makers. Communication: Ability to translate technical constraints to business partners and regulatory reporting business requirements to IT teams. Problem Management: able to independently identify problems to be solved in your team/sub area as a result of in-depth technical and business understanding. You can summarise broad and ambiguous problems and identify actionable work items to resolve issues and drive outcomes. You are data-led in your approach and reasoning.
