About the role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Associates to launch our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be on the front line of building the future of energy, working directly on our production assembly lines to manufacture our cutting-edge battery storage systems. You will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of products, precisely following work instructions, and ensuring every unit meets our high-quality standards. This is an exciting, hands-on, physically active role that requires reliability, efficiency, and a commitment to safety. The Production team is on the front line of building Base Power's battery systems, turning raw components into high-quality, deployable products. This team operates at the core of our manufacturing process, ensuring every unit is built safely, efficiently, and to exact standards. They focus on consistency, quality, and throughput-working together on fast-paced assembly lines while continuously improving processes and workflows. Their work directly impacts production output, product reliability, and our ability to scale. This is a team for people who take pride in hands-on work, thrive in a structured environment, and want to be part of building something tangible from the ground up.
